In each area of society where we are working, our aim is to publish
research and provide a sufficient range of resources to enable leaders to start
transforming their organisations so that they become more relational. These resources will generally include:
- A careful analysis of the present state of the sector from a relational
perspective, outlining the positive impact that a relational approach could
take.
- A guide to applying Relational Thinking to the organisation, including
criteria or hallmarks that should characterise a relational organisation
- Case studies of where other organisations in the same sector have tried
to implement Relational Thinking
- A list of publications produced by others which might help leaders to
move towards a more relational approach
